Objectives

  1. To identify the potential fire, safety & health hazards,
  2. Study the existing systems, procedures, control measures, etc.,
  3. Recommend proper measures & procedures for controlling the hazards identified,
  4. Recommend measures for improving the effectiveness of the existing systems, practices, procedures, etc.

Methodology

This includes the collection of information, analyzing the same by the audit team members, and preparing the audit schedule. Then,  carrying out an actual site audits, identifying the activities that can lead to unsafe act/conditions, major fires, explosions, and toxic releases which will have both onsite and off-site consequences.
 
After the site audit, an audit report is prepared and submitted for the client’s review, and thereafter, a final report is submitted within the agreed time frame.
